Graduate Program Coordinator Position Overview

The Graduate Program Coordinator (GPC) is an administrative position within the Campus Center.  The GPC primarily assists the Assistant Director/Associate Director in organizing the daily operations of the Campus Center, along with ensuring that conference services are set-up, prepped, and run efficiently.  

  • GPC
    • Ensure that Building Managers have completed all set-ups for events accurately and in a timely fashion.   
    • Reporting any maintenance issues via the university work order system.
    • Assist in supervision of student employees.
    • Oversee the ruinvolved Instagram and post to the Rutgers Camden app
    • Maintain and submit events in ENGAGE and the REACT newsletter

Qualifications

In order to apply to be a Campus Center GPC, you must meet the following qualifications: 

  • Be enrolled in a Rutgers-Camden graduate degree program
  • Have a semester and cumulative GPA of 3.0 
  • Must be in good judicial standing with the University 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Compensation

Campus Center Graduate Program Coordinators receive the following compensation:

  • Hourly rate of $17.25 per hour, up to 20 hours per week
  • Uniform provided
