Proof of Residency Request – Housing & Residence Life

Please complete the following information to request Proof of Residency documents from Camden Housing & Residence Life.

Housing & Residence Life asks that you allow 10 business days to receive your documents.

NOTE:
1. Proof of residency documents can only be provided to the student that contracted with the University.
2. Requests for landlord verifications and off-campus apartment application sign-off will not be completed if not acconpanied by written authorization from the student.
3. Proof of Residency documents will only be sent via e-mail.
