The information listed below is for current and incoming Rutgers-Camden graduate students interested in becoming a Graduate Program Coordinator. There is a separate process for graduate students interested in our Resident Assistant positions.
Position Overview
Graduate Program Coordinator for Housing Administration: The core part of this position is assisting with the supervision of the Resident Services Coordinators (RSCs), who staff the Welcome Desks in each lobby. The RSC checks IDs, answers phones/emails, and checks in/out packages and guests. Additionally, the GPC is a member of the Housing and Residence Life Administrator On-Call duty rotation to manage after hours crisis situations, and is thus a live-in required position.

Qualifications
In order to apply to be a Graduate Program Coordinator you must meet the following qualifications:
- Be enrolled full time at Rutgers-Camden
- Have a semester and cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Must be in good judicial standing with the University
- One semester of living on-campus at Rutgers or another institution is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation
Graduate Program Coordinators receive the following compensation:
- Free single apartment in the Camden Apartments or 330 Cooper
- Free meal plan each semester
- Free parking pass each semester
- 20-30 office hours per week paid at the rate of $17 per hour
