Graduate Program Coordinator Position Overview
The Graduate Program Coordinator (GPC) is an administrative position within the Campus Center. The GPC primarily assists the Assistant Director/Associate Director in organizing the daily operations of the Campus Center, along with ensuring that conference services are set-up, prepped, and run efficiently.

- Ensure that Building Managers have completed all set-ups for events accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Reporting any maintenance issues via the university work order system.
- Assist in supervision of student employees.
- Oversee the ruinvolved Instagram and post to the Rutgers Camden app
- Maintain and submit events in ENGAGE and the REACT newsletter

Qualifications
In order to apply to be a Campus Center GPC, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Be enrolled in a Rutgers-Camden graduate degree program
- Have a semester and cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Must be in good judicial standing with the University
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation
Campus Center Graduate Program Coordinators receive the following compensation:
- Hourly rate of $17.25 per hour, up to 20 hours per week
- Uniform provided
